I have received a Chargeback, why has money been deducted from my payment?
When a chargeback has occurred, a customer has disputed a purchase made at one of your merchant locations. When such a dispute is received, the card network (Visa/Mastercard) automatically deducts the disputed amount. The amount may be refunded after the chargebackprocess has been completed and the dispute has been dismissed.
